Shadow Piers:  Two grand flumes in the Hudson harvest rain and weep once a year.
Each Length is a distance the WTC shadows cast at 8:46am Sept. 11, 2002  - extending 1,853' into the Hudson.
Plan Elevation: Botanical Gardens, Rain Harvesters, & Public Hall of Names.
